never mind the ignorant
Also I'm always having the most unreal dreams when I'm here. This is a still of Letter Never Sent, 1959.
Corn Island is a strong piece of movie that doesn't even need to rely on dialogue to convey it's deep matter of concern. Can't say it's for everyone to enjoy but I for one was instantly absorbed into the heavy waters of this river of a film.
You had them in your thrall, now rest easy, old friend.
New mix to get lost with.

Silent Running seemed very intriguing at first but wasn't really worth the time so don't bother -.-zZzzZz
To those into subtle and convincing classic flicks I recommend watching 1971's The Andromeda Strain. Bonus points for providing the Apollo 440 sample.
from Touch of Evil
Give yourself a treat and watch Reprise, a great Norwegian movie.
Adventure Time S06E20 Jake the brick might just be the single very best episode of the whole series. Ever. I've watched it four times, already considering I'm gonna watch it every night before going to sleep. It's that good.
"I resent films that are so shallow they rely entirely on their visual effects, and of course science fiction films are notorious for this. I've always felt that there's another way to do it: a lot of effort should be expended toward rendering the environment of the spaceship, or space travel, whatever the fantastic setting of your story should be–as convincingly as possible, but always in the background. That way the story and the characters emerge and they become more real."
Did forget to mention that I finally managed to watch Stalker to its end.
The World Is Big And Salvation Lurks Around The Corner. True. Ever watched a movie 'bout Backgammon?
